As a Contractor I am completely frustrated and appalled how laxed your store's are in terms letting the general public wander around aimlessly most not observing distancing rules and not wearing masks & gloves ; the rule in Ohio is businesses are open for ESSENTIAL PURCHASES ONLY ; this means Contractors like myself and people who actually need something for an EMERGENCY REPAIR ; this is not the time for people to be leisurely shopping ; it should be on-line purchases ONLY with curb side pick up for the public and only Contractors with commercial accounts should be allowed inside the store ; also ALL of your employee's should be wearing masks & gloves

More help for customers, both in finding items and opening up more than one register to check out. I've been there early in the morning and seen 5-6 Contractors (with only one register open) ahead of me waiting to checkout. I'm an old guy but they are just trying to get to their jobsites. The management needs to keep a closer eye on the checkout lines.

Went to Home Depot today. Bought a 2x12x8. Asked them to cut it for me at 2 pieces at 26 in and two pieces at 22 in. Not what I got, instead I got two pieces at 24 in one piece at 22in and one piece at 25 and 7/8 . Someone doesn't know how to use a tape measure.

Starting 4/10/2018 (following a quote) an order was placed for a JELD-WEN front door and 2 fiberglass standalone sideline units. Today is 10/24/18 and the door has been sitting the garage for many, many weeks. Apparently when one or both side panels come in, they are damaged. I have spoken with Danielle, the store manager...I think I have been more than patient. Isn't it time for something to be done...maybe order the entire unit from another manufacturer????
