I was in this store today and found a very badly injured cat in the garden center. The employees didn't want to help at all!! The cat had been there for days and was so infected that the vet determined the only humane treatment was to euthanize. These employees were more interested in talking to each other to even look at the cat or much less help me look for plants I needed. Damn! Who murdered customer service? These attitudes from people working behind SERVICE counters are atrocious! And if one more of "us" lead with the tired "it ain't my fault" song I'm going to lose it. Just apologize and inquire on how to rectify the situation.
