RecommendedToday I had a delivery from Home Depot.com and the delivery company left a pallet Weighing 484 pounds in my driveway. Returning from downtown I stopped by the Home Depot in Balch Springs,TX To purchase two furniture dollies. When I explained the issue to the first person that I met in the store they went and had a man bring them to me and they comped the dollies and took them to my truck for me. This is awesome customer service for a product that I did not buy at their store. Thank you all so much for helping us out today

I have been waiting in front of some locked up tools here by the customer service desks for 10 minutes before someone actually said something then waited another 15 minutes and no one showed up so I left you missed out on a $300.00 sale and on top of that I normally spend close to 10 grand a year in here I know it’s not much but it’s 10 grand Lowe’s can start getting again
They have what u need. All the time
I like the low prices and I found everything for my projects and all the materials for my house
compared to the store in Mesquite it is dirty some of the employees are rude I go there because it I'd close to my house
