Do not order appliances nightmare when they arrive damaged Home Depot doesn’t help to get it right
staff were SO helpful. all were smiling. happy. had a great visit there.
Biggest dump I have ever been to. Almost every employee has a bad attitude. Customer service is awful. Better off going to Mentor 15 minutes away. Hoping they close this store down asap.
The store manager Maurice was super amazing. He fixed an issue a third party vendor was giving me and my husband for the delivery of our microwave. He ensured our experience was the best. Can't be thankful enough for him.

Smooth and easy...on a Sunday maybe that's why it was pleasant
If I could rate 0 I would. My husband has been on hold now for about ten minutes trying to check if something is in stock. The first two calls he was on hold for over 20 minutes just to get hung up on. It's such a simple task and every person has been rude and worthless. Ridiculous.
Went to home depot store they had orange buckets all over the store it was raining outside and how can they have a bad roof with all the classes and repair stuff...lmbo
