The customer service was great today! Although I didn't personally need any help, from what I observed around me watching them assist those who did need help they did an excellent job. Also, the lines were very organized, the merchandise wasn't hard to find and the employees attitudes were very welcoming.

you need to hire knowledgeable competent people. your Euclid store is the worst . I install fence for a living and I purchase alot of materials from home depot.....not anymore.
I want you in that store one hour waiting for someone to sell me a screen door got frustrated and bought some flowers I would never return to Home Depot on 200 Street in Euclid again
The customer service is horrible. The employees don’t know where anything is and won’t help you look for it. Just rude!!! 🤬🤬
