Worse customer service ever.
They have great customer service
“ Worst customer service ever, Orain at Paterson NJ Home Depot just rip my cousin off for $100. The kicker is that they admitted they made a mistake but told him tough s*%t” don’t shop at Home Depot.
Understaffed almost any day or time you go...they definitely need more associates on the weekends. In general, customer service is dead. People are rude and don't like to answer questions. I purchased a propane tank refill only to go outside and be told no full tanks were available, so I had to go back inside to get a refund. Overall, good store and usually find what I need.
The worst customer services is in this Home Depot, when you ask for Any help all employees says that is kit their department and don't even border to look for someone that works in that department. Something needs to be done in this store.
