We spent about $5k at this store and so far we have nothing to show for it....Carpet completely screwed up without even a clue as to when it will be fixed....Entry door that was supposed to be in weeks ago and still not here....Only thing we have gotten is a lot of excuses and have been told "There is nothing we can do about it"....We are now the newest customers of Lowe's just across the street. I will tell you most definitely. My husband died. The checking account reads Estate of ......... Because your dumb ass company uses Telechek you make people stand there, lie to them that the system is down and you have to call it in for a person writing a check for $66,25. Try updating your system so the cashier can input the drivers license number into the CRS and the money comes out NOW. You already lost my $314 purchase for the lawnmower. Yes, love big aisles, friendly employees. Large selection of building materials.
Luckily I'm not from this area. Worst customer service ever. We had asked for help from a cashier. She said she wasn't sure where the product was, but it might be down a certain aisle. I was with a friend of mine & he had a question about garage doors. Found another associate. He couldn't help, so he said he would get the employee in the Millworks dept. We waited in that aisle for about 20 min. Nobody came to help, so we made our purchase and left.

Went to this Home Depot this morning to pick up a roofing coil nailer. Bought it and got all the way home (30mins away) opened the box to find a beat up used dewalt nailer that they tried to sell as new. Drive all the way back and while they exchanged it they never offered me anything for my troubles or even said sorry
