My wife and I picked a 7 day carpet and paid for it in full the day they measured so it would be installed by the following weekend ( 9 days later). Only to find out it still wouldn’t be until the next Monday, 11 days after payment!! Why advertise “7 day carpet” if it takes 11. Got my money back, I’m going across the street to Lowe’s!
Hope no one ever uses or trusts this place for carpet!! Picked and paid for carpet to be installed in 7 days, they can’t do it until 11 days. Total crap!!
You sell a product, but I tried to find someone to do the work you recommend 2 men and they aren't interested. I got a phone call and he came out and that's as far as it went. I will shop around.I don't know how you can expect people to buy your product. I am a disabled senior.
You refuse to fix for make a payment. I paid $25 monthly then this month you increase $100!! I gave 0 star! If you want me give you 5 stars then FIX IT to make sure your customer satisfy!
