I recently purchased $8300 worth of flooring. I am advising ALL CONSUMERS to go elsewhere. I've had more errors, problems, and mishaps than I can relate in this post. HOWEVER, the worst part is that the management team simply does not care. It is clear that this company is too big to care about customer service!
