Home Depot is an amazing company they do wonderful things for the comunities especially when disaster hits. The customer service at this store in particularly has went above and beyond numerous times for me and again this weekend I had multiple employees bending over backwards to help me.
This week I went and bought paint. I received 3 gallons of dark in 1 gallon of light. I had requested the Abhisit but did not notice the air when I purchased the paint. Tonight I went to paint and saw the mistake I called the Home Depot and they were wonderful. They apologized and fix the problem for me and I was on my way. Way to go Home Depot. Kudos to Dani at the paint counter. She was awesome to work with.

Excellent customer service- every time we are there!
Home Depot has beautiful patio doors; but if you don't already have a patio door they can replace in the exact sized space, they cannot do the installation. They won't even give referrals due to "liability." So if you want to add a door where there is no door, don't go to Home Depot. We contacted All Weather Seal in Burton, and they will install with no problem.
Pretty pathetic when someone walks into a HARWARE store and can't get someone who has a clue to help them..... Four associates, no result, ended up having to go to WalMart to find what I needed.... Thanks for nothing Home Depot....
Very disappointed. We called up this morning to make sure you had a certain part in store and some one confirmed that you did. We made the trip up only to find out that you do not carry the product on store. Ryan and a women in plumbing both came over to help and both ended up with extreme attitudes. We were both shocked at the way we were treated and decided to take our business to Lowe's in flint instead. Not sure if we will be back
