Recommendedthe customer service desk is amazing
after telling my husband they do not carry v-cut decorative deck posts we looked on-line and it says in stock at Fenton's home depot. to the pleasant lady working there today " our problem" wasn't that we brought them from Menards but next time I will drive 20 miles away to give them my business from now on.
I was in the Home Depot in Fenton MI and the store was packed and half of the people were not wearing masks. I will no longer shop there. Menards makes every one wear a mask. I will be shopping at Menards for now on.

I dont know what moron is in charge but I walked away after seeing a group of 20+ guys standing together talking outside before they are able to get into the store. so if 1 man is sick then now 19 are infected, 19 men go through the store touching and breathing all over everything with a virus that can last for days on certain materials and this is how its spread.
Very disappointed with buying a refrigerator at Home Depot. 2 weeks after purchase no refrigerator and no refund. It’s 100 degrees this week. Do you think Home Depot cares that my kids have to drink warm milk while I wait for my refund. I guess menards will be getting all of my business from now on.
Blair at the service desk was VERY helpful today. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the chair I was wanting. Thanks girl
