I shop here very frequently (1-2+ times per week) because it's so close to my house and the most convenient to me. They have the worst customer service of any Home Depot/lowes because it seems that they are extremely under manned. The employees are very nice and helpful but there just aren't enough of them. It takes forever to get assistance when you need it because there is never anyone around.
