The Home Depot. Please put safety glasses at your sample drilling station. My husband tested one of your drills and metal from either the nail or drill bit flew right below his eye and several pieces landed on his face, cutting him. This is a major safety concern for anyone who might be tempted to try out one of The Home Depot!!!
I don't like the parking there i would rather drive a little bit more to the home depot on Eastern Ave but can't say anything bad about the store
I just returned a defective stapler. Jason was going to charge full amount for rental. I informed him it took me 2 hrs of crawling on my steps to complete a 15 min job. Also took 5 times the amount of staples. His commitment was but did you finish the job? Then took two dollars off rental. The rental wasn't expensive. Just the fact that his customer service skills are lacking. Maybe you can find him a position pushing a broom. ABC rental I'm back.
I have already reached out to corporate over the incident that took place today while my husband and I were shopping! We were discriminated against and stereotyped! Never in my life have I ever been treated the way we were today! Chased by a manager and when I told her I was calling corporate her response was I'm calling loss prevention! I laughed and told her I spent $200 in this store now you proved what we were thinking while being harassed through the store! I will not stop until action is taken against the employees!
The staff was professional and courteous .helped me find what I needed and it was a pleasure shopping there.
This store always puts customers first. They try extremely hard to make sure every customer leaves satisfied and with what they need to make their project complete. Most all the employees are very helpful and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does. They do need to employee more staff in each of the departments though.
This is the worse location that I hve ever gone to. The associate wouldn't even look at me, she mumbled something about it not being her dept.and walked off. Then she went to speak to 2 other associates that were just standing around also; all looking at me like idiots. I asked another associate who was of little help. I got tired of wandering around so I gave up and left. No sense in complaining to a spvsr because I am sure they are the example or the behavior wouldn't be tolerated. I went there to get the outdoor holiday moving lights half price and I did just that. I purchased 2 at 24.99 each mission accomplished.
