I would not place special orders they Home Depot or this store. At first it appeared like they were doing the right thing by correcting an incorrect order placed and expediting the delivery. However since then it feels like a Mickey Mouse operation rather than a professional fortune 100 company. Excuses, poor customer service and very little effort to remediate. Just waiting to to take delivery of my order that they have already charged me thousands for. Once done, hoping never set foot in the store again! Disappointing

Ordered a french door in September. It was a special order so was going to take 6 weeks and then waited another two for installation. The day of installation the installer went to pick up the door and found that the sill wasn't there so it couldn't be installed. HD said they would put a rush but would be another 4 weeks before they could schedule installation. I asked Jennifer McCoy (the person we were corresponding with) to check the door to make sure everything else was fine. She checked the door and said that all was fine... read more
I️ get the feeling the management here is lacking. Customer Service was extremely frustrating. “They can help you over there” by four separate people... and the one person who did help seemed to have a lot on her plate. Regardless, I️ appreciated her assistance. She was helpful and very pleasant.
Went to a Do it herself class last night and had so much fun. The instructor was really great and we all had a blast learning to use some power tools we hadn't used before :) I also wanted to make a couple of more projects and a guy walked with me and my list around the store making sure I was able to find everything on my list. At the end I decided I wanted a bail of hay and while at the check out a Customer service rep went outside and brought it in on a flat cart for me. Very helpful. Will definitely do it again!
Dishwasher installers refused to install because of corroded plumbing. Two plumbers from Atlas Butler said I was lied to by installers. Two new installers put in dishwasher on "corroded" pipe and unlike first crew, without calling me "baby" repeatedly. Goodbye Home Depot, hello Lowe's

Absolutely terrible!Asked an employee for help and he said he get someone for me.I stood there for 5 minutes then went and asked another employee for help and she paged someone for me.I stood there another 10 minutes then left so angry I didn't think it was a good idea for me to speak with some one else.😡
