Suck service from beginning till end. Products order delivery missing have to wait 3 weeks. No response have to call them to follow up my product. Don’t buy things here !!
Customer service is great!
Home Depot sells returned items that are missing pieces. And they don’t inform you it’s a returned item. When you call to ask about it, you will be treated like garbage.
Some of the absolute worst service I have gotten from a home depot. No one is ever in the aisles and they act like they don't want to help you. When I did finally get someone, the gentleman Todd was not helpful at all. When I asked him to help find an item he walked with me to the aisle and as soon as another lady asked for his help he walked away without finishing with me first. Horrible experience
Employees are not wearing masks over face (nose and mouth) near where customers must be to get items from the store. If you are a daredevil and want to risk dying a horrible death, this is the store for you!! Remember you MUST HURRY to get there, because you can only die ONCE!!

This store has absolutely no intrest in helping female customers. I found 2 of the 3 things I wanted, and looked around the store for 45 minutes, when I finally gave up and asked I wasn't listened to and was sent to the wrong area. I wanted fore arm lifting straps not tie downs. I asked for lifting straps..
