Make sure you are versed in all return/exchange policies, nevermind what your receipt says. The manager, Gary was beyond rude and took a week to even call me back. Another store was more than happy to make the exchange but because it came from this store, they couldn't. Definitely not looking out for the customers.
Lived all around Columbus last 20 years with this being THE BEST, especially paint folks. Also, I needed a flash light battery with a British accent employee helping in back. I went on and by jolly if he didn't track me down at check out with the battery I needed. This HD is spot on!!!
This Home Depot SUCKKKKKKSS. People walking around everywhere but in 15 years of going here I have yet to have one of them actually be able to assist me. Don't order anything from them because they will sell you in the store and when it's delivered there is no customer service. Management was rude, delivery was rude, cashier was rude and asked me three times if I knew what I was ordering and how to install it...
