I went in to buy 10 bags of top soil. It was located by the back gate in the garden area. When I asked if I could drive my car around to load it I was told no. I had to load them all on a trolly, drag them to the cash register and pay then drag them to my car. Wow. I wasn’t asking for their help to load it. The back gate was open and there were 2 men working in that area. Although I am a fairly independent woman, at 60 I try to cut the heavy lifting when I can. Lousy customer service Home Depot.
Home Depot sells returned items that are missing pieces. And they don’t inform you it’s a returned item. When you call to ask about it, you will be treated like garbage.
Customer service. I asked about boring holes in doors. Obviously I was needing to install interior doors. Employee told me maybe ACE Hardware will do it. He referred me to ACE. Lowes isn't far, I went there. They were able to set me up with a contractor to come and install the doors for me at the same time, purchase the doors and materials from them. Horrible customer service. My husband and I went to purchase all new appliances and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to help us. Staff acted like it was a chore to answer questions. We had the exact same issue when we went to price our new cabinets. Frustrating to say the least.
Horrible customer service. Won’t sell item on display even a full price. Item had price tag on it. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me kept sending others out in his place. What a coward. I called corporate, it’s at the discretion of the manger. I guess Colin and Matt just wanted to be dicks.
I gotta say. I am a contractor who is Gold level buying thousands. I am gonna be forced to move my business to Cleveland Ave. Several staff members with masks hanging around their noses. The young tall skinny loader in lumber? This kid always has tge mask hanging aroung his neck while gabbing with coworkers. This is one of the most unsafe places I have been in the past six weeks. Only one employee wearing a mask. No employees wearing gloves. 6 foot rule not being obeyed by employees or enforced upon customers. This place should be shut down. Don’t go here, totally unsafe.
Customer service at Westerville Home Depot is horrible
Two months ago I was ready to purchase a washer, and couldn't find anyone willing to take my money. Lowes was glad to help. I just tried to have about $500 worth of goods delivered. They called my the day of my delivery to tell me it had been put on the wrong truck, and told me it would be delivered the next day. The next day there was still no delivery.
