My car was damaged yesterday in the Home Depot parking lot at 4302 Oracle while I was inside shopping. I am trying to see if someone will look at the security camera so my insurance company can ID who did it and subrogate. Home D. (Liz) told me only TPD can make that request. TPD said it is a waste of time unless Home D. has HD cameras. I called back and Liz said she would not tell me if their cameras were HD or not. Scan department not on top of items thus holding up the cashier and customers. This affects customer service.
Still like Lowes's better but the garden department did have plants that I didn't see at Lowe's. Home Depot also has a better selection of pots for sure.
