This store is awful. I purchased a refrigerator 2 months ago and it is still not delivered. The delivery drivers (from MDO) are incompetent and/or lazy and refused to take it up a flight of stairs. When I complained to Home Depot management they have done nothing to resolve the issue. They do not return calls and I have to chase them down. Hands down, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Horrible. I ordered a stove for a rental next door. They wanted to bring it to my credit card address and I put on the order it was going to be delivered next door. NEXT DOOR. They said they could not do it. I offered to pay and they would not do it. I went in and purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer less than a week ago and the dryer malfunctions on the third use and this home depot told me after 48 hours it's not their problem, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I recieved and will never return to this home depot again. Going to give my business to the lowell's across the street. If you shop here please get and extended warranty with your purchase because they sell defective products!
Curbside pickup is nonexistent...it was quicker to place an order with Lowe's across the street and pick it up than to be ignored st Home Depot.
Went today and they are not enforcing mask mandate so I left!
Lumber and Materials are junk
the guy named dustin at the door was rude I'll be taking my business to lowes for now on

customers are what create your job so take care of the customer and put the phone down your buddies can wait or maybe you could find a new job because home depot doesn't take care of it's customers
