Why offer an extended warranty on Ryobi equipment when the original warranty isn't any good. I just had to purchase a new power head for my trimmer and other attachments because the primer bulb has a crack in it and doesn't allow running at full speed. Even though it's held on by two screws you cannot buy a new one, you must buy an entire carburetor the cost of which is more the half of a new power head. I came out to visit my Mom and take care of her house stopped by Friday night. Great people, got help from one of the managers. I wish I could transport the store to here in Wisconsin.
