I’m an Army Veteran. I ordered flooring online. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told I couldn’t get a military discount because the flooring was a special order. Odd that this has never been an issue at any other Home Depot. Just be aware if you’re a veteran that the military discount that is touted by Home Depot is conditional in Casper.
DELIVERY TIME! Our purchase was scheduled for between 8AM and 10AM. That was good. Then we get a notice that the delivery time will be between 6AM and 8PM. That means I will have to be home ALL DAY! NOT ACCEPTABLE! and paid $79 for this crappy service!!! This is total Horse Pucky!!
A guy walks into the Casper, Wyoming store, orders a washer and is told "It should be here within two weeks". The guy is told, "Don't call, you'll receive a call from us with two weeks". Well, two weeks later the guy checks on line and finds out it'll be another two weeks until he gets the privilege of paying more for the item he can pickup at Best Buy within the week. Yeah, Home Depot is the best......
Big thank you to Home Depot and Amy. Thanks for helping me find all the things on my bosses list. I come in a mess with worry finding everything from garden hoses to skill saws. You never left my side and helped me find everything in the store I needed. Thank you for being great and helping the man that most pass by.
6 weeks and still no dryer! Magically lost in Denver, poor customer service! Thanks for never calling me back or offering a solution.

Horrible - don't order an appliance from them if it's not already in stock. I purchased/ordered a Maytag washer on February 22, 2018. AFTER placing the order I was told it would take 4 weeks! What, why not tell me that BEFORE the order. 6 weeks later, no washer, I had to call Home Depot to check status, rather than them providing customer service to give me an update. 8 weeks later, still no washer and just found out, the manufacturer is no longer making the model. Decided to tackle painting our basement this weekend. We are definitely amateur painters. Your paint department was so knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone helped us figure out what we needed and gave us tons of useful advice. We had a great experience! Kudos to your staff-they were super busy and it didn't keep them from doing a fantastic job. Andy, Isaac, and David in particular were super knowledgeable and so helpful.
