The store was crowded. Many of the aisles were blocked by employees restocking shelves. It made it difficult to get around in the store and to find what you needed. There were plenty of employees on the floor but when we asked for help they had no idea what they were doing. All of the cashiers were painfully slow except for one that was actively pulling people to her register.
I am so disappointed with the service I have received. I purchased a Milgard sliding glass door with installation August 2017. It was delivered and installed October 2017. During installation they realized the sliding part of the door was the wrong door, too small to close or lock properly. It is now March 21,2018 and they still HAVE NOT fixed or replaced my Milgard sliding door. The store has not provided any customer service, they do not return calls or follow up on orders. Sucked couldn’t find anything and no one would help the employees didn’t even know where the item was went to osh much better
Thank you to Jacob in the equipment section. We came to purchase a blower and he was courteous, proactive and knowledgeable in helping us make our selection. Shout outs to Mike at Contractor checkout for his help as well.
Tim is the man! After four trips back and forth to Home Depot I finally got Tim's help and he helped me fix my problem at a price I could afford!
This morning went to this HD to purchase light bulbs & Sunflower Seeds...the woman in the lighting department was most helpful and friendly...I wish I had gotten her name...No so in the Garden department where I encountered Leslie...I asked her if you had Sunflower Seeds and she said "over there"...I said it appears there are only Vegetable Seeds and she said "That's all we have" she didn't take the time to look...I looked and found them near the Seed rack...I then showed them to Leslie and said "you do have them now you can... read more
They can't color match even using the the color matching machine I was there for two hours they wasted two five gallon buckets of stain
