To follow up with Customer Service: June 8th, 2020 My husband was racially profiled by being followed (again) around the store by a salesperson in multiple isles of the store. On today’s episode of.. WHY I HATE HOME DEPOT Lumber delivery =$89 1 board or full truck You must be home from 6am to 8pm!! A 4 hour delivery window is $30 EXTRA In a time where we can’t go out you’re Still charging an absolute fortune??? One board $89 REALLY??? Adding insult to injury waiting 14 HOURS for the privilege...what is wrong with you??

The older lady with short hair in the cabinet area was as rude an employee as I have ever experienced. She wanted us out if the way while we were buying cabinets and was not concerned for what we wanted. We left with only half of the cabinets needed. I would have gone some where else, but the other guys I was with convinced me to get the bases and leave. Probably will not shop there again!
Today I was treated amazingly well by the manager on duty (Ephram??) Even though the store was PACKED today it was no excuse to be treated terribly by a floor clerk but Ephram stepped is and was genuinely apologetic about his clerks behavior. Nice to know he is trying. THANK YOU
