Associates are rude and the majority are very unwilling to help. I was treated horrible and start shopping at lowes.
The WORST Customer Service experience! The employees were slow and clueless when it comes to helping customers! They lost a microwave range sale. I went to Sears instead.
Go to Lowes!! Customer service is awful! Sales associates insist you buy things you don't need or want!
