Made an appointment almost a week ago to get an estimate to replace my roof. Got a confirmation call this afternoon then this evening another call saying they had scheduling problems and couldn't come tomorrow but could come Wednesday. I can't afford to waste a second day. Their incompetence just lost them thousands of bucks to replace a roof. There are plenty of other contractors that will show up to get a job. What can I say...we ordered a shower enclosure...came in broken..probably not their fault, but whatever. Was in there for over and hour trying to get some help... had to buy a different one...doesn't have the right drain. Then today while my husband was buying another enclosure (double the price) someone stole our aluminum slider right off the truck. Called the manager and was told wasn't his problem..not his store's fault. Wouldn't even offer to ask employee's if they had seen anything. WON'T BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE...... read more
Home depot, please, if your going to let guys hang out in the parking lot to solicit themselves for work, please place a porta john somewhere they can use, along with a trash can, seen a guy go behind the wall for the dumpster and facing the road, he pissed on the wall. And then there's the trash around that area, looks bad and probably smells worse!
