We have been loyal customers of Home Depot for years, we recently had the WORST experience ever!!! We ended up paying off and closing out our account! From now on we will use Lowe’s for all our needs!
There’s a reason why my dad always told me to go to Lowe’s. $25 cleaning fee because the power washer I rented had a little dirt on the hose. Employees are rude and just not a good place, I’m shocked they are still in business. Lowe’s over them any day.
After having a horrible experience at Lowe's we went to Home Depot. Not wanting to wait another 45 minutes (Lowe's) as soon as we entered told customer service we needed assistance in the walk in shower/surround area. Heard them page someone twice. Waited about 15-20 minutes, me at one end of row he at the other, not an associate in sight. Swear they scattered like cockroaches when paged. Guess we'll have to find another source or take our business to Chattanooga or Hixson.
My absolute favorite store! I can't thank you guys enough for helping with all of our needs here at 3 B's Pet Care & Boutique! The employees are friendly, they have an amazing amount of supplies, and overall such a welcoming atmosphere.
No knowledgeable sales associates to help me get the things I needed to buld a power pole. I spent my $450 at Lowes.
People are friendly, helpful. Price reasonable and facility is clean.
