Waited 20 minutes for an associate to unlock the gate for a bale of pine straw ,went back to the clerk inside the store to se what was taking so long , she seem shocked and said that she would call someone else.. Went back to the trailer and waited 10 more minutes, no one!! My wife got our money back and said that customer service offered no apology or offered to get someone else...
We paid for pine straw. Waited for 10 minutes, went back and had them call again for someone to load. 10 more minutes went in again. Cashier who had dealt with me twice in the last 20 minutes didn’t seem to know me. Just asked for my money back. You have to go to customer service for that. In to customer service. I would like to thank our local Home Depot (Cleveland, TN) for allowing dogs to walk around there. I gave my puppy his first public outting there on Saturday. The employees were very very nice and made us feel right at home. And the customers all did their part, too! Many of them stopped to talk about the puppy and make over him. Some of the rudest folks working here I’ve ever met. I guess they expect us to feel bad for the guy in the wheel chair but he’s the rudest of them all. Go home and collect disability if you’re that angry. I drive 30 minutes down to Chattanooga or Hixson to get superior service. This store has terribly low morale and it’s evident in service.
does not give Veteran discount for items on sale. Lowes does and will never go back to HD.
After a couple of trips due to our heating and cooling units, David Forrester recommended that we talk to one of your associates about replacing our unit. We always look him up because he always has the answer! Within two days we had received a phone call. Thank you, David! Dub and Carolyn Spurlin also shop the Cleveland store because he is there 15 years helping us!
Cleveland Home Depot is wonderful! I love shopping there. Such a friendly, helpful staff. Look for them Sept. 29, 2018 at the Fried Pickle Festival in Madisonville, TN.
Went to home Depot to try to find some kind of gadget for 2 wheelchairs to stick together without compromising the front wheels. An angel, courtney webb spent 2 hours with my parents and I and was able to come up with the most incredible solution. Thanks to get imagination I am now able to take my parents out using their wheelchairs and no extra hands are needed. She deserves recognition for going well beyond her duties.
