My company spends hundreds of thousands here every year. Not once have we had a loader to help load our merchandise on the trucks but today, Ray came to help without us even asking. If you need help with anything, Ray will sort you out! Literally, anything. He gives this store a good name! I wish he could be a pro loader all the time!
We purchased a Ryobi combo 40 volt lithium weed trimmer and blower. Worked great but after 5 weeks that battery is bad. Tried to return it once to Home Depot but found we needed to bring "everything" back. Ok I can understand that. So back home to get the rest. Now, we return the set which we purchased online at Home depot for a total of $160.30. Now Home Depot is going to charge us 259.00 to replace it. Worked with Dottie to pick out kitchen cabinets and redesign my kitchen and she was AMAZING!!! Would highly recommended her to everyone! !!
We waited for help in lumber for 20 minutes. A clerk called for help for us twice. No one came. Period. Not happy campers!
The home Depot sucks now. They did away with veterans discount. Just shop @ Lowe's from now on I guess.
