I was at home depot today and I was waiting at the pro desk to purchase some vinyl flooring and get it delivered but no one was there. So a cashier paged someone for me.I was waiting for about 10min and employee and customer come up to the desk and at that point I was sitting on my boxes of flooring when the employee "Judee" proceeds to ask me how many more boxes I need. Supposed to have delivery today of a dishwasher. They were at street, my drive 600 feet long. Yes, I missed the delivery call, but called right back. They did not answer, did NOT wait 15 minutes and pulled away. Eventually calling store, Rep was very nice and we rescheduled for January 6th 2020, but she said we need to meet them at the end of driveway. What does that mean? She called them back. Worst experience ever! Purchased an over the range microwave off the website for in store pick up. Arrived to the store to pick up the item and the cashier had someone grab it. My order was loaded into my car for me so I never really got the chance to see the box. When my boyfriend unloaded the box from my car and got ready to install, he noticed that the box was open and that it was missing some of the styrofoam. my experience was not 1 but 3 employees were either rude or sarcastic and I felt I was putting the staff out by speaking to them.
I've been in this store multiple times and I never get service. I literally just stood in the main walkway for 45 min and nobody once said a word to me.
