Had a great time building my nightstand. The employee was very friendly and helpful.
Went to purchase a pop up tent. The product was listed for $99 but rang up for $199. I spoke with the manager and he gave me every lame excuse under the son on why I had to pay the $199 price. From telling me they are disorganized. They don't have everything setup correctly. The worst service I have ever had at any home depot. I purchased the product anyway because it was something I really needed but I will not be a customer of home depot again. I have now become a permanent lowes customer. Trying to navigate the store is very difficult, items move around alot and have no rhyme or reason, thats what happens when stuffshirts who have no clue make the decisions, instead of the people on the floor who get paid to assist the customers. Looking forward to change.
Cliff has taken care of my needs for 17 years. He is terrific. The entire staff is like family.
