I was told I was I would get my Stove/Range in 5 days after I purchased it then I received an email saying it would be an additional 11 days. I am very unhappy with their lack of clear and accurate information.

this home depot is awful, their customer service sucks
Do NOT use THD or HDI for any remodeling in your home. They never completed my job and I know first hand they overcharge! How can they not overcharge with so many hands in the pot trying to provide a service that never gets done right in the end!! You would do do far better by going directly to the installation company yourself! Find a better company you can truly trust and cut this horrible middle-man company out!!
