RecommendedWe usually LOVE our Home Depot team, HOWEVER just now a guy walked by us and said “running out of time” he did not ask if he could have helped us which is what we needed!!! So we said forget it and walked out —-sale lost !!!
because their customer service sucks
Dont buy Ridgid tools they are terrible. The customer service at this location and manager are not contractor friendly. Home Depot does not stand behind their products. Ridgid tools might be good for the home owner but for everyday use. not so good. I went through two Ridgid compressors in a 38 month period. not good! The last one lasted 13 months!! Shop at Lowes and buy Hitachi!

This is my favorite store in this area! The employees are great and the customers are so sweet too. I’m looking forward to working in that store again with kitchen remodeling.
Yesterday afternoon we visited to get our Christmas tree and I cannot say enough great things about the staff. They were so kind and helpful, they had that tree on top of our car in no time, and with smiles on their faces while they did it. It helped my Christmas cheer swell even more. Keep up the great work, and thank you for helping us bring home some holiday cheer!!!
