Just waited for 15 minutes after asking for help in the lumber department. NO help forthcoming so I'm heading to Lowe's now. 👎👎👎
RecommendedI recommend this home depot for everything but paint. being as I bought a 5 gallon bucket and the worker didn't tighten down the lid all of the way and now I got paint on my seat .
very disappointed they did not staff the store for holiday weekend! They had lots of customers wanting to purchase appliances but no one to help. went to customer service and they said that they would have an employee in an hour to help!
It's impossible to find anyone to help. Today, I tried to reach a product after looking for assistance and got yelled at for standing on a step of a ladder (stool.) and he didn't even offer to assist me. I guess women in their late 50s don't belong at Home Depot. I left and bought what I needed elsewhere, as I end up doing 90% of the time because of horrible service.
Let the customer know if the delivery date for a major appliance has been changed. I got up this morning and emptied out my fridge into coolers only to be told that my new fridge wasn't coming today (which it was scheduled for) and probably not tomorrow but maybe Friday. For real?! I had to call up there 3 times. The first time they left me on hold for so long the phone hung up, the second time I didn't get a straight answer from anyone I talked to ( but they did ask for my name and number so someone could get back to me . Paid for a drill set online order was not ready when I went to pick it up had to wait 30 minutes for an associate to open the cage where the drills are stored and nobody knew the code the one person that did know it and who was supposed to help me just walked away I got frustrated and just got a refund I used to like Home Depot but know I will be shopping at Lowe’s because they haven’t missed a beat due to covid Home Depot has lost there minds
Why would you force people to walk though your store as the only means of getting to the garden center ? You are forcing people to be in a less safe situation.
Great store and helpful employees. VERY disappointed that employees were not provided and were not wearing protective masks on Sunday, April 19th, 2020.
