Well played Home Depot. Marking down a lawn mower 20 bucks so you don't have to give a military discount. Even though the shelf price did not reflect the"sale". I hope you have fun putting it back on the shelf.
Worst customer experience ever. Went into the store and wanted a refund. Had unused, unopened items and receipt. Bought less than 3 weeks ago. They refused to do the return. Only offered store credit. Took items and receipt to another location and return took 2 minutes, and I wasn't told u could only have store credit. Awful manager witnessed the transaction and did nothing. Called the store afterwards and he still refused to not do store credit.

While shopping in Home Depot today I was quite shocked to see that non- service dogs were allowed in the store! During the time I was in there 2 dogs were barking loudly then began barking and growling at each other - one quite aggressively I might add! A little girl beside us was so scared her mother had to hold her! The Employee waiting on us said an associate was bitten by a dog a few days ago! Spent $65 on a Christmas tree and it died before Christmas! All the years I have had a real tree and I have never had one die. Very disappointed. Needless to say home Depot will not get any more of my money
If you are know what you want, then great, they are well stocked but if you have ANY questions at all they will not be able to help you. There is a lady in the paint department that is helpful but that's about it. I spent 2 hours in tile and flooring waiting for my turn to be assisted while 3 employees cut vinyl. No one knows how to multitask. It would have taken 2 minutes to answer if I needed sanded or Unsanded grout and how to prep my floor. If you're a DIYer, go to Lowes!
