RecommendedMake sure you get your returns as cash back or the money back on your credit card because their store credit cards do not work and then customer service will tell you “there is nothing we can do”.
I went to get wooden crates at the Celebration Station location in Virginia Beach I needed someone to climb the ladder to get them. I went to the customer service counter threes times for help and no one ever came. I walked the entire store and found one young kid who had no clue and was no help. I ended up climbing the ladder and getting my own. I went to customer service to tell them and they weren't even apologetic. Next time I'm going to Lowe's. Disappointed immensely in the customer service here.
I'm writing to report that Home Depot at 3352 Virginia Bch Blvd , Virginia Beach, VA 23452 is allowing people in to the building without a face covering. They are not asking them to leave. There is clear signage in place but zero enforcement. After speaking to their customer service representative, they told me that they are "required" but not enforcing this policy by asking people to leave and they are not giving them out to people entering the store without them. all you ever get is excuses. noone ever has a solution. your customer service absolutely sucks. I switched from the Lowe's thinking you'd be better...alas, I was completely wrong. why don't any of your employees or managers have a solution?

Home Depot should offer a contractor's entrance during the Coronavirus. some of us need to get in and out as we are working and having to wait in that line with these non-essential people is a royal pain in the butt furthermore it's very irritating to see these other people lollygagging around and just browsing well people like myself who have to work cannot get in and out the store in a timely manner because we have to wait on a long line to get in. I am not happy! I bought a Frigidaire set and the frig looks 10 years old and I have hated since I bought it so I go and buy a Samsung from there and it has a defective door on it, they sent out guys to tell me this and now it is my problem. I shop at home depot almost everyday. I am a contractor. but today it was awful.so many families looking ate paints kids and dogs. I think they should shut the doors for everyone but contractors everyday from opening until lunch. we have to work. they are home. I saw so many homeowners and teens and kids dogs. crazy
