Called in a order at 8 am to pick up ,, and it's not ready at 1:30 and all it was is a water heater,,, I call this place lame an shit
Both on-line and in-store inventories showed a quantity of twelve of the item I wanted to purchase yet, as has been repeatedly the case at The Home Depot, not one was on the shelf where it was supposed to be. After wasting nearly an hour waiting on an employee to help me and then failing at finding the item, I started searching the store and eventually found the item myself [not anywhere near where the employee told me they should be] - took a little climbing, but I got it. Worse service ever. No help and rude employees with no customers to be seen, left and went to Lowes and it the parking lot was packed. Couldn't imagine why. I'll finish the rest of my remodel money there.
Stood in the cabinet department for over 20 mins. No one even looked at us, said a word to us, etc. Even the person that wasn't with a customer. So disappointing.
Had what we wanted today and staff very helpful. Thanks!
