AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! In addition to them cancelling no joke, five out of seven of my orders, curbside pick up for one order took close to three hours! No one answered the phone when I called the pick up number and when I called the 800 number to get help, they could not even get through!. I had to go inside, and they said my order was ready but in reality it had not even arrived so I had to wait for them to unload and find it. Got a call from the North Battlefield store in Chesapeake, VA, saying that I needed to pick up an order by 6pm. I couldn't today, and asked if they could hold it until noon tomorrow. They refused. I'll be taking my business elsewhere if they're going to that intransigent and unhelpful. Great customer service? Not.
RecommendedI just picked an order I put in a couple of hours ago and there was a couple of hiccups but I have to give a big shout out to DANNY! He’s working the online ordering pick up and he has bent over backwards to make sure that I got my order. Kept me informed about the situation, made me feel important and during this time he did not have me worried about the situation around us! I just needed to shout out this amazing HDepot Employee! Y’all have a good one there!!
I definitely don't recommend shopping here you only have one regular Lane open and four self-checkouts we the consumer do not work here and should not be checking ourselves out
I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer pair (Model #’s WA50RAW and DVE50R5200W) from Home Depot (Store 4619 Chesapeake) on August 29, 2019. I was informed that the earliest delivery date available was September 10, 2019. I accepted those terms even though the 12-day delay is excessive. Was charged to clean my BRAND new Brad nailer when I was told it was broken. But since it wasn’t broken, like they said it was, they charged me $65 to Clean it and clear a jam.
