Better quality security dicks at this location. 08/28/2020 @0700 I was in the tools section. I was looking for the Husky Black Chrome ratchet set. Didn't see any. So as leaving I stopped to look at the cheap tool bin. I found a 6" adjustable with coated handle. I was looking to see if I could find another. A man walked up next to me looking at other items hanging on display. I looked up and there was the obvious security dick pretending to be checking out pliers. Great employees, they are very helpful, especially Kathy, Nancy, and Chuck.
I made an appointment earlier in the week for a kitchen design consultation. When I arrived, Debbie, had no idea I was on the calendar, even though I had been getting email reminders from Home Depot. She was on the phone and I sat there for 15 minutes while she worked with that customer. When she finished the call, she informed me that she had a 1:30 appointment (I had a 1:00 appointment) and wanted me to reschedule. I did call the manager who "could not elaborate" on what had caused this problem.
