Be careful.. Hone depot has been bringing in new management and with corporates help, have been finding ways to terminate long time dedicated employees.. Some with 20 years ..
I'm very frustrated. I have purchased several Ryobi 18v tools. The last 4 purchases I have been charged the wrong amount for the tool and have had to argue with the cashier and go through a huge hassle to get the price advertised on the shelf tag. You really need to fix your computers because they don't match the shelf tag or the internet price but those two prices match. I wonder how many people you have ripped off by charging them $10 more for the tool they bought.
I really like how friendly everyone is in this store, employees & customers alike! It's a huge store, lots of people with stuff to do & lots of noise! The mobile app is awesome, you can find virtually anything you need on it & it will tell you everything about the product including which aisle & bay it's located in & how many they have on the shelf!
