this particular store is thee worst HD.. I've ever been in... no carts available ... lumber dept... looks like crap... torn bags of cement all over the place... lumber not properly stacked... I can keep going... and I only walked lumber and builder material departments.... can't imagine what the rest of the store looks like... looks like the Dept heads... management and district management don't give two shits about this store and it shows... completely wowed by this store... has HD standard dropped?
Was told in order to get what I needed out of inventory that wasn’t on the floor I had to pay first before they would take down. The Thomas store is busy, horrible service you have to have a melt down before anyone assist you. Shame some of the staff is awesome, just not enough of them around. They seem to hire anything that walks thru the door, can you believe that associate told the women at the special order desk that he wouldn’t assist me unless I paid didn’t want to waste his time, shit the product should have been on t... read more
6 employees working; approximately 200 customers- took forever to get help. Probably not going back to this store.
Awesome store- Very helpful workers- Can find everything I need and more. Home Depot keep up the Great work.
A smile would be nice from the cashiers but overall really good service!
"Clean house", fire the lazy employees, hire a new manager. Fix you parking lot, get a handle on your "loading zone". I'm sure ur numbers are high (from sheer volume) , but your store is an embarrassment.
I am disappointed with the level of customer service from all employees, and that includes their so-called managers. The $30,000 project loan means a lot to us, it means nothing to them. We are just another annoying customer to them. If there was a closer Home Depot or competitor, I wouldn't put my foot in this store again.
The employee that helped us last night was very helpful and nice. I was so surprised! We were just at Lowes and it was the most frustrating annoying experience! No one cared to help us, when you finally found someone they tell you they don't work there and go back there, finally my husband stop an employee and he was annoyed , we ask for a special grill and he said he didn't know what we were talking about and said maybe we should go to Ace Hardware and walked away.
