This is the 2nd time I have tried to have The Home Depot do an instillation project. I have been jerked around by the District Sales Manager, Joe for 2 weeks to complete new fascia and new gutters. Shame on The Home Depot for allowing this to happen.
I love when you get rid of your old washer/dryer because home depot is supposed to deliver the new ones today (which was confirmed by the delivery company twice and a home depot employee once the day before) only to call and find out (when no one shows up to deliver them) that they are on back order! Then you call the store and get ignored by the store manager because they are in a "meeting"! Yeah right! People are very friendly!!! And they go the extra mile!
This is the worst HD I have had to deal with. They refuse to accept my current military I.D. for the military discount and the employees act as if they give me the discount that it comes straight out of their pocket. Loews does not give me a problem at all and will from on now take my business there.
The Gatlin Store is the worst store that I ever had the dis pleasure of working for , they treat their employee's like a number and have absolutely no respect for them, I was the most productive employee that they ever hired I was always there to assist customers with all their needs even when others refused, it's a shame that the Manager Antonio Vasquez dose not know a good employee when he see's one, I was terminated for reasons other then misconduct on 01/08/2014. most customers would know me as Mike in the Lumber Departm... read more
