Never, ever, ever order an appliance from Home Depot! I ordered one on 11/18 to be delivered on 11/24. They called me on 11/23 to tell me it was being back ordered and would be delivered on 11/30. On 11/30 it was delivered all dented so we had to refuse delivery. I called them and told them and they rescheudled a new delivery for 12/9. On 12/7 I called to be sure they had a note about installing the icemaker (because they didnt have it on the work order for the first deliver) and they told me I was not on the schedule for 12... read more
I never have a bad experience at this Home Depot. I shop there at least once a week or more. The staff great, store is clean, shelves are stocked.
Poor management by the name of Antonio Velazquez ! Need to fix your loading zone because its not a parking lot. But guess he doesn't know how to read either.
Online order confirmation was sent 3 hours ago. I'm here at the store....still not ready.
