Horrible customer service with a delivery problem. The installers hit and damaged my tree leaving a giant branch from an Oak in the yard and damaging outdoor decorations. They said their supervisor would call to fix the problem. Of course, no one did. When I called Home Depot they transferred it to an insurance claim. The insurance company then transferred it to another insurance company. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Not the customer service I expect.
