Nightmare experience, lazy managers, won’t stand behind their products, had a attitude and acted like it was a bother to take care of this problem. The poor hourly worker had to beg to get Mariam out on the floor..... Mariam, Kevin, and the other associate completely dropped the ball. I will never go back to Home Depot, ever !!
RecommendedI just had a wonderful experience in the paint department. Ryan and Taylor helped me pick out paint that I needed, and also had a recommendation that I am so excited about. They were knowledgeable and good-humored. They know their paint! Thank you, Gentlemen, for making my dreaded paint errand a fun one.
I have done a lot of business with this Home Depot, small items and major appliances and today they have lost all of my business. Can you believe that I waited 9 minutes to speak to someone in appliances and then was told nobody was there and call back after 5 pm when I'm ready yo buy now. So I told the operator if nobody cares enough to help me then they lost my business, all of my business and even though I'm not a fan of Lowes, they have my business. LONG time patron, w/short break some yrs ago b/c cust of svc. Switched 2 Lowe's. Few yrs ago, decided to try HD again. Things at this store seemed better so I cont'd patronizing. This evening I went to HD to purch indoor/outdoor carpet & pvc board. PVC board - helped by "Junior" who deserves 5 stars. Afterward the good experience ended. At least 20 minutes in blinds, custom window covering section looking completely lost; not one employee asked if I needed help at all. Will never enter this store again, now a Lowe’s customer. (Not that giant HD will care)
Excellent ONLY because of Ruben. I left Lowes angry because I walked the entire store and was ignored. Almost left Home Depot, Ruben walked by and asked me if I needed help. Both places had at least 15 to 20 employees standing around,talking to each other,or maybe stocking. I know that I looked lost, because I was lost. Will only go back to Ruben!!!
The Associate Tammy went Above and Beyond helping me when I purchased a Washer from here for family in Hawaii. There was such a mess on Home Depot in Hawaii. Tammy took charge and fixed everything. Convinced by paint sales person to purchase the $46/gallon Marquee Behr paint d/t the 1 coat guarantee. Just so everyone knows, the guarantee involves stopping your project, contacting the Behr manufacturer M-F business hours, and scheduling a representative to come and inspect your paint job. So now your Sunday afternoon project takes you 3 weeks... Total scam. Just buy the regular paint and know you'll be putting down 2 coats. Save yourselves the $$ and the hassle!!!!
Our sales lady Reggie was outstanding! She helped us with everything that we needed and if she didn't know the answer she called for the correct information. That lady ran circles around her associates! That gal deserves a huge raise!
