Purchased a stove from Home Depot last week. Was suppose to be delivered today. They called with the 4 hour window -10- 2 pm. At 1:55 pm called to say they couldn’t deliver it today due to the cold weather. Didn't they know at 8 am this morning it was cold ? Now its supposed to be delivered on Wednesday- again will call with a 4 hour window. This is unacceptable- no regards for my time

made an order online last night. I got an email at 8pm saying I it was ready. I came this morning to pick it up at 7:20AM. I called the curbside pick up number. They told it would be right out. It's now 7:50AM no.order because they "lost" it. This is a joke.
All of their employees #superduper friendly. They do goes out of their way to meet and exceed customer services.

Worst experience ever today with a retail store. Left there absolutely livid. I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years and was happy - even before my daughter worked there. going to 100% self-checkout was a big mistake. Totally frustrated that 4 plastic bags broke; my stuff wouldn't ring up until the 3rd try and items kept falling on the ground or out of the cart. I was always a fan of HD vs. Lowes or Menards. We ordered a picture window the first part of November we have been billed but somehow they lost the window. it was received end of November and we are now mid January
I got my carpet installed there an in one of the rooms it started to rip. I showed pictures to many employees including an assistant manager an they all said it would be covered no problem an get fixed. I kept getting no answers on when then finally got a hold of the guy in charge of that an he said they won't do anything about it, so apparently their employees don't stand by their word an just say things to try to make you happy
their staff is very informative and ready to help. It is also nice to be able to stop with your dog.
