This is the WORST HOME Depot for service, Cassie, mgr horrible customer service, horrible, new oven/micro broke for 2nd time in 3 months.... each time the service call takes 3 or more weeks even tho we have a main contract... get this... they will not replace unless it breaks 3 times!!!!!! DO NOT BUY anythings especially appliances from these people... go to Lowes... went in to talk to the store manager and we were told he is in a meeting,HA calling area manager then going to the topaz corporate... worst run store I have eve... read more
This review does not reflect on Home Depot itself but the third party company they use for assembling, Go Configure. Go Configure had us reschedule two times due to circumstances out of their control and they could not accommodate us. They advertise that they provide trustworthy and dependable services, including fast and flexible timing with options for weekend appointments but they still could not accommodate us.
Train staff better, teach cashiers to count money back to customers' (yesterday a cashier tossed my refund back to me and it was short $20 and her attitude didn't help) and maybe research online products before you finalize a sale- especially high end items to repeat customers, when we get home and check the internet the next day and see we could have saved hundreds of dollars, we feel cheated. I'll stop shopping in the store and shop online if this the going trend.
Always easy and convenient shopping for all your garden and home improvement needs !! So glad they are open early even on the weekends 👍

Our bathroom and closet had a little flood at 4am so we had to come get a new toilet... We received the BEST customer service from John to not only get a new toilet but to have it scheduled for an installation for the same day! Then to top it off gave us water while I waited with our infant for my husband to come back! Thank you John for your help!
