DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!I purchased washer dryer set to be delivered 9/17. They never showed up. Never called. Went on line and found one star rating on Yelp. Home Depot uses a bogus delivery company. R.A.S. You could wait months for your delivery. HOME depot doesn’t answer their phone so I went there in person. Spoke with Lou. Cancelled my order on 9/18. TodY is 9/27. Still waiting for my money back.
RecommendedUnable to return a battery spent 4 hours still can't get a refund I.T. gave me the runaround bought the battery yesterday they wouldn't resolve the issue told me to come back tomorrow
I have shopped this location numerous times. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Bought a new GE washer 8/17. was delivered 8/22. Hasn't worked. Tech came out and said it needs new motherboard and motor. It's brand new. No one at the Galveston can do anything. I bought at home depot and month later still not doing laundry at home. It's for my 84 year old mother.
NIGHTMARE! DO NOT EVER ORDER YOUR COUNTERTOPS THROUGH THIS BRANCH OR THE HOME DEPOT SERVICE. There is ZERO CHANCE I would ever do any business again with this branch. I have had the most awful experience ordering countertops from them. (THEY HAVE HAD ALL OF MY MONEY, OVER $3,000 FOR 3 MONTHS). They promised 4-6 weeks. We ordered from Home Depot. There is always a first for everything. First time ranting on a store. Let me tell you a quick story: purchased appliances at Home Depot, in cash, about a month ago to prepare for the move. Moving day comes and goes, Home Depot rescheduled delivery 3(!) times before I canceled the whole thing out of pure frustration with the lack of respect for my time. Are you sitting down? Great people great company great prices
This store is awful. I purchased a refrigerator 2 months ago and it is still not delivered. The delivery drivers (from MDO) are incompetent and/or lazy and refused to take it up a flight of stairs. When I complained to Home Depot management they have done nothing to resolve the issue. They do not return calls and I have to chase them down. Hands down, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
