Bought a new washer and dryer came with free delivery paid for set up to gentleman showed up to deliver them back to blindly end of my driveway, took out the powerline, proceeded to be rude the entire time I had to assist them with installing the washer and dryer, which they did not even complete before they left also dropped our old dryer down the concrete steps against the side of my house I have made numerous calls to the store and even went by there and nobody has done anything yet
If anyone is considering purchasing the warranty protection plan from Home Depot, DON'T!!!! I went to buy an exterior door. I could not find the type of door I needed on the shelves with the correct swing. I found some with different swings. I walked around the doors and windows area for 20 mins and the one employee I saw was working with someone. I went to the main isle and stood there.
