I went for Black Friday poinsettia shopping yesterday for the first time! They opened the doors at 6 am, and all the employees were greeted us as we filed in the door. Before that while I was standing in line, the employees offered us coffee and donuts!! No one else does .99 poinsettias on Black Friday! It was a fun experience ����
Bought our Christmas tree here and it rotted. Now they have no trees that are not completely dead. Never buy a tree here again.
Ask about having laminate countertops cut so you can then install them yourself and they make jokes and laugh at you while proclaiming they install all their countertops. You cannot get countertops precut to install yourself. Even if Lowes must install their countertops, I'd rather go there because they have never belittled me when I asked simple questions.
My husband ordered our beautiful cabinets online for in store pickup for the ease of service. We checked in with the online ordering counter today and told it would be 10 minutes. We've now been waiting nearly two hours and still do not have the cabinets in our possession (let me add that my husband has now missed the entire 1st half of his football team playing). While Stacey, the customer service rep, was embarassed and apologized profusely we are still waiting....this is absolutely absurd.
