online pickup is ridiculous. No one to help. Last time I order anything online from Home Depot.
Wow.. horrible service. At 8am stocking shelves and have complete aisles closed. Finally found someone to talk to and was told I cannot go down the aisle but they could grab something for me.... off to Lowes
Hey HD Oviedo Florida. I’m a veteran and used to spend $1000 a month at that location. Until you do away with the 100% self check out, it’s Lowe’s for me.
Shame on you!! replacing the cashiers with scanners... Bad move and I won't shop here anymore!!! I've literally spent tens of thousands at this store, but Lowe's here we come!
Was there around 6:00 looking for plastic totes I had seen over the weekend. Asked an employee who told me they were seasonal and they didn’t carry them anymore. I got cardboard boxes and went to check out but only self checkout was available and I couldn’t get the boxes to scan. I asked if there was a register open and was told there was one at the opposite end of the store. Went there as the light was turned off. I found the bins on my way back to the self check out. Tammy with the long blond hair was amazingly helpful! I went to customer service and was not helped and dismissed. Tammy came by and tried and succeeded in helping me with my defective outdoor coffee table. Also a thank you to Jessica at Homedepot.com for her help! She was professional and helpful.
